This 200 acre residential gated community (24-hour guard) consists of houses from $175,000 to $1,000,000.

Special construction of lakes and a cut between an old oxbow lake to the Red River. Total development consists of about 540 lots.

This subdivision is one of four distinct communities within the Twelve Oaks subdivision in Southeast Shreveport. It's distinctions are the winding streets and community walking trails spread throughout the 200+ acres.

The design of this community includes public streets, drainage, water and sewer facilities.

Oak Alley

This high-end, gated community is located on the North edge of Willis Knighton Bossier Health Center and West of Airline Drive. Within this 80± acre tract are 210 lots of various sizes. Some small lots contain ½ million dollar + houses. All facilities were built to City of Bossier City standards.

It is reported the streets in this community do not have any straight lines.
