This 200 acre residential gated community (24-hour guard) consists of houses from $175,000 to $1,000,000.
Special construction of lakes and a cut between an old oxbow lake to the Red River. Total development will consist of about 500 lots.
This existing branch bank was remodeled in-place. The existing storm drainage was maintained and extended where needed. The site paving needed relocation to accommodate the enlarged building for the bank.
A topographic and boundary survey was also completed for this project.
