This high-end, gated community is located on the North edge of Willis Knighton Bossier Health Center and West of Airline Drive. Within this 80± acre tract are 210 lots of various sizes. Some small lots contain ½ million dollar + houses. All facilities were built to City of Bossier City standards.
It is reported the streets in this community do not have any straight lines.
Due to the unique design and limited space for the project, an underground drainage detention system was needed to handle the drainage retention requirements. Additionally, the project included concrete paving and water and sewer improvements.
Special considerations for this South Louisiana project included the need for a future widening of existing streets and the preservation of existing trees as well as the storm water detention needs.
This project included site traffic path analysis, and municipal zoning board approval.
