The Shoppes at Bellemead is an upscale retail development located in the Youree Drive / East 70th Street retail hub in South Shreveport.

Due to the unique design and limited space for the project, an underground drainage detention system was needed to handle the drainage retention requirements. Additionally, the project included concrete paving and water and sewer improvements.

Carencro, Louisiana

Special considerations for this South Louisiana project included the need for a future widening of existing streets and the preservation of existing trees as well as the storm water detention needs.

This project included site traffic path analysis, and municipal zoning board approval.
